This year your school will be using a Prepay Portrait Program as your method of payment.

(If you are not happy with your portraits, for any reason, LIFETOUCH will refund the full amount to you. Simply return the complete package to us and contact our office at 901) 937-1155 to get your refund in process.)
Ø By using the Prepay method of purchase, you will have your portrait package back to you within approximately 3 weeks of picture day.
Ø Reorders (ordering more portrait copies) can be handled over the phone or by mail. There is reordering information printed on the portrait envelope. If you choose to reorder by phone, you can call the Lifetouch office at 901) 937-1155. We will be able to locate your child’s portrait by the information you provide us and then we can email the reorder directly to our lab for processing if needed.

Please remember: Your child must bring their picture order/envelope, with payment enclosed, before or on picture day and present it to the photographer at the time of their photograph to receive a portrait package as ordered.
