News & Announcements

My name is Carrie Burns and I am the Crisis Counselor/Mental Health Therapist for the Chester County School System. I have worked with children and teens in the mental health field for 15 years, with the last 3 years here in Chester County. It is my goal to help provide mental health services to our students who are in immediate need of such services and to help those who are unable to obtain outside mental health services. I also help connect families to outside resources, such as outpatient counseling. Please see the list of resources on this page.

I receive referrals from school counselors, principals, assistant principals, and teachers.
