Log On to the grade portal site

https://ssms.state.tn.us/portal

Click on the Star Student link

Log On Again into the Star Student Side (Operator ID is the same as your username- minus the D120). Your Password is the same.  TAB (The computer will automatically enter the school number).

Click on  the Log-In button

Click on Grade Reporting

Click on Grade Verification/Collection and then

Change the Report to Matrix

click on

Adobe Acrobat will load the report.  You can view or print from this screen.
